The system can also be integrated with our Time, Attendance and Access control Systems and Software.

The software comes in three versions,

  • Small business version, ideal for companies employing 50 people or less. 
    Costing only £99 if ordered from our web site, it represents excellent value for money.

  • Lite version, which is multi-user, client/server and ideal for medium sized companies employing
    up to 250 people.

  • Enterprise version which is multi-user, client/server and multi site with no employee limits.

Main Features

Extensive employee information stored including:

  • Basic Details – Address, telephone number, date of birth, etc……
  • Next Of Kin Details – Multiple next of kin details names, addresses and telephone numbers.
  • Employment History – Full employment history, internal or external.
  • Salary History – History of appraisals which have affected salary.
  • Training Undertaken – Courses which the employee has completed.
  • Appraisals – Full appraisal history with reason, result and follow up date.
  • Discipline & Grievance – Details of any disciplinary action taken.
  • Bank Details – Bank account number and other details.
  • SAYE Details – Save-As-You-Earn account information.
